At HirschStraps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn strap in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
